Series EE32 / EE33 High-End Industrial Humidity / Temperature
Transmitter for high humidity
and chemical applications...The
NEW, highly accurate transmitters of the EE32 / EE33 series are
designed for fast and reliable measurement of relative humidity, dew
point temperature, absolute humidity and six more climatic measuring
quantities under the most demanding conditions. Neither condensation
nor heavy chemical pollutions will affect prompt and reliable
measurements. Process pressures as high as 100bar (1450psi) and
continuous high humidity are also no problem for the EE32 / EE33
series.
The core of this transmitter is the new monolithic
measurement cell type HMC1, manufactured in thin-film technology by
E+E Elektronik. Chemical contamination and also condensation will
actually evaporate due to the innovative design of the HMC1
measurement cell. The monolithic construction of the sensor allows a
fast return to normal conditions and a continuation of the
measurement.
Distinctive models and mounting versions allow for the
EE32 / EE33 series to be utilized in numerous applications, like
measurement of relative humidity during temporary condensation,
measurement of dew point temperature at continuous high humidity,
measurement of relative humidity at continuous high humidity,
measurement of relative humidity at high chemical exposure and
measurement of relative humidity at process pressures up to 100bar
(1450psi).

EE08 High Precision Miniature Humidity / Temperature Transmitter...
Accurate humidity / temperature measurement over a wide working
range, fitted in a small-sized housing and high flexibility have
been the main goals for the development of the EE08 series. Long term
stable E+E sensor technology and an innovative electronic concept meet these challenging objectives. Low power consumption and
short start-up time support efficient energy management for battery
operated systems. Calibration data and other relevant functions like
linearization or temperature compensation are stored in the probe.
This feature, together with the optional connector, allows for easy
replacement of the probe without a need for re-adjustment of the
reading device (interchangeability). The humidity and temperature
measurement are available as analogue outputs (0-1/2.5/5V) or as a
digital interface (E2-interface). Easy implementation and data
processing is warranted. Humidity and temperature reading can be
re-adjusted using the calibration software; available as an
accessory. |

Series EE36 Transmitter for
moisture in oil......
Transmitters
of the EE36 Series from E+E Elektronik allow most accurate
online-monitoring of moisture content in oil. That is very important
to ensure the safe operation of machines and transformers concerned.
If the amount of moisture in lubricating or insulating oils becomes
too high than there is a
high risk of damages
to machines and transformers. The quality of lubrication and the
dielectric strength are decreased dramatically by increase of
moisture in oil.
Maintenance works can be done on demand and in time when the oil’s
moisture is measured continuously with the EE36. Expensive periods
of standstill and long lasting repair works will be avoided. A
continuous operation of machines and transformers is warranted.
Besides measurement of water activity (0...1 aw) and oil
temperature (-40...180°C // -40…356°F) the EE36 also can calculate
the absolute water content (ppm). That is very important for mineral
transformer oils. The calculation of water content in non-mineral
transformer and lubrication oils can be accomplished by downloading
specific parameters of the oil. The proofed capacitive E+E sensor
element ensures for best long term stability, highest accuracy
(±0,01 aw) and very good resistance against chemical
pollutants. The configuration software permits a simple and quick
calibration of EE36.
The measured values are provided at two freely
configurable analogue outputs and at an optional alarm output.
Typical applications for transmitters of the EE36 Series are e.g.
monitoring of insulating oil in transformers and of lubrication oil
in bearings of machines of paper industries and of ocean-going
ships.

Beer
Flowmeter...The beer flowmeter comes with digital display for
total flow. The principle method of flow measurement is the same as
the beverage flowmeter - see next issue - but the readout is
integrated with the flowmeter. It keeps track of the number of pints
or liters served. The unit can only be zeroed using a hand held
programmer - a key fob. This is not just a simple switch but an
intelligent instrument in its own right, poking a metal object in
the connector on the display unit will not reset it. This programmer
can be made to work with single units or in groups of devices. The
meter must have power to work but should the device be disconnected
the display will flash when power is restored and will continue to
do so until the unit is reset using the programmer. This to indicate
to an absent operator tampering or temporary power loss. The meter
will remember the total at power down and continue incrementing from
that point when the power is restored. |

Beverage
Flowmeters.....The low cost OEM beverage flowmeter in PVDF
provides a cost effective solution to measure flow of all kind of
beverages, like beer, wine and spirits. The flowmeter provides a
pulse output proportional to the flow rate and is very accurate for
these kind of applications. A reliable Pelton wheel turbine spinning
on robust sapphire bearings. Dispensing beverages is one
application, but utilizing the flowmeters in appliances is another
one; although we realize that is not a beverage...... |

Oval
Gear Flowmeters.......A new line of highly accurate positive
displacement flowmeters suitable for high viscosities at extreme low
flows from 10 ml/min (or less, depending on the viscosities). Seven
models are providing a flow range up to 500 lpm (132 gpm). Available
in aluminum, stainless steel or peek for most chemical applications.
A pulse train proportional to the flow rate is generated by a Reed
switch or by Hall effect. Very reliable and cost friendly. |
